I would like to introduce myself as a mid-level HR professional and expert in people management and Business partnering role. I am a Postgraduate in HR and Marketing post my BCA from BIT Mesra having 11+ years of experience in HR. I have worked across India starting from Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Pune, and Ahmedabad, handling challenging roles in large multinationals to Mid-size organizations and also start – ups. Currently, I work with Altigreen, a pioneer in electric vehicle (EV) technology, electric mobility, and last-mile transportation solutions. I am a significant player in the establishment of several HR operations, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy formulation, and training and development. I was able to successfully streamline hiring procedures, which guaranteed the acquisition of top talent and reduced the time it took to fill positions by 20%. I also created and led training courses that improved worker productivity and engagement. In less than nine months, my team and I created the complete business organization from the ground up, and we now have over 80 team members throughout India. I was previously working as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Suzuki Motors, no. 1 in Indian Automotive market. My effective implementation of strategic HR initiatives increased recruiting efficiency, boosted employee engagement, and increased overall organizational effectiveness. I created and implemented successful talent acquisition strategies that resulted in the hiring of qualified candidates to fulfil the changing demands of the business. I successfully created two production lines and the entire power train plant while working on the greenfield project star (handling employees across all levels starting from DATs/GETs to Vice President).
