I’m looking for additional members who are hungry, humble and have a growth mindset.Bio:Most recently, Vance led Black Hills Energy’s three gas and electric utilities across Colorado with overall strategic, financial, and operational responsibilities. In this position, he owned three P&L\'s and was responsible for setting future business strategies and ensuring business success in the financial, legislative, regulatory, and growth arenas. He has also served in executive leadership roles as General Manager and State Leader for energy companies in, Kansas, South Dakota, and Wyoming. Vance has over 32 years of leadership experience in the private industry and as a military intel officer. He is an executive coach, retired Lieutenant Colonel, combat veteran, past Intel Officer and the recipient of the U.S. Army\'s Bronze Star and Legion of Merit. Vance is a registered engineer and a U.S. Army Command And General Staff College graduate.Vance has navigated the immense pressures and complex nature of today\'s ever-evolving market, and can personally connect with my clients and intimately understand their challenges. He has a proven track record of developing leaders and has led teams through nearly every dimension of the business space. In addition to being a Vistage CEO Advisory Board Chair, Vance is the founder and CEO of Crocker Leadership Coaching (CLC).
