As a Vistage Chair, I select, facilitate, and lead peer advisory boards comprised of CEOs and business owners from non-competing small and mid-sized businesses in Birmingham, AL. Peer advisory boards provide a unique opportunity for business leaders to gather for once-a-month, full day meetings to discuss challenges and strategies for navigating complex professional and personal issues. Additionally, I provide members with one-to-one executive coaching on a monthly basis. Vistage provides members-only access to a proprietary website that allows members to connect with over members worldwide - as well as primary and carefully curated secondary research covering a wide range of relevant topics.
