In this role, I’ve led the introduction of Storybook to streamline our component-driven development, designed and deployed service workers to boost performance and offline resilience, and defined a scalable state‑management strategy that keeps our application predictable and maintainable. Working hand‑in‑hand with product, engineering, design, content and merchandising teams, I translate business goals into technical solutions that delight customers and empower our internal stakeholders. Alongside building out our architecture, I mentor engineers and foster a culture of craftsmanship and continuous learning across the organization.
