My career centers on helping organizations create and maintain complex digital networks and IT infrastructures in fast-paced, 24/7, high-availability environments.I have led and guided teams in various infrastructure projects involving Azure-based cloud deployment, application migration, VMware infrastructure design, automated process monitoring, and Active Directory and Group Policy overhauling.My leadership and contributions have reduced annual OPEX spending by 6-figures, strengthened network security, and delivered excellent uptime:IT is a service-oriented industry. Therefore, I approach everyone within the organization as internal customers, each of whom, I believe, should receive the same service level an external customer would expect.I\'m known for having a good attitude, which I strive to bring to every team I work with, and positively approaching situations.One of my favorite things about the IT field is that there is always something new to learn, whether it\'s a new technology or business process.
