Leveraging my experience in the network operator and mobile cellular device domains, I\'ve had (and continue to have) the amazing privilege of managing an amazing team, developing industry-leading features, and expanding the value of our relationship with our customers. Responsible for customer and agent facing tools and apps related to the network and device experiences. Launched the Cox Mobile Protection Plan (new service, tooling, and experiences), eSIM (tooling and experiences), BYOD (tooling and experiences), trade-in (tooling and experiences), converged connectivity. Defined, developed, and launched market-leading device protection plan, with industry-leading take rates (under NDA) and scale. Defined, developed, and launched the streamlined Bring-your-own-device functionality which enabled full integration of thousands of device SKUs in Cox Mobile service and value added services. Defined, developed, and collaborated on launch of 802.1x-based SIM authentication Wifi Offload - leveraging 4M+ of hotspot devices for a SW-defined network experience.Defined, developed, and launched integrations with multiple mobile device OEMs to enable service provisioning and delivery.Defined and developed revamped international services portfolio for 5X growth in monetized interactions.Defined and launched tools evolution - adopting Atlassian Confluence to improve Enterprise-wide concept ideation, definition, and communication throughout product lifecycle.
