ABOUT MARCELO CANTINELLI GOBITTA

Father to Júlia (greatest personal development experience), partner to Sarah, family and friend to important people in my life. Amateur gardener and soil care giver at my back yard. I guess I love to grow things. plants, life, people, partnerships, employees, etc.I currently work in corporate sustainability in agribusiness (fertilizers), focusing on creating a colaborative environment among different companies, sectores and levels of the value chains to implement true change and long lasting positive impact to society, soils and climate.Previously I worked in developing partnerships with food companies, seeking to deliver improvements in their suppliers: profitability, yields, GHG reduction, carbon footprint reduction, quality etc. Planted important seeds and delivered some good results there. Reach out and ask me about them.Before that I was at a different world: Procurement. I managed a variety of categories and actions throughout seven years in the biggest restaurant chain in Brazil. This is where I learned how to do business, how to lead, how to manage myself and others, how to manage expectations. but mostly, how to take care of myself, work/life balance, mental health.That sums up who I am and what I do (different things, remember that!).
