Management of the CapEx portfolio (Projects and Shutdowns) for the Cubatão Complex, ensuring the evaluation, prioritization, and balancing of the portfolio based on strategic, financial, and operational capacity criteria.• Responsible for implementing methodology and ensuring the project portfolio adheres to strategic objectives, as well as appropriate and balanced prioritization based on risks.• Management of a multidisciplinary team in the areas of engineering, project management (planning and execution), materials/contract management, and PMO, ensuring the connection between strategic objectives and tactical actions.• Implementation of standardized policies, methods, and tools for project, program, and portfolio management (industrial PMO), ensuring appropriate governance and consistency in planning and execution.• Monitoring of strategic, operational, and financial indicators of projects, with periodic reports to senior management.• Conducting strategic agendas, preparing dashboards and executive presentations with project and portfolio status, critical risks, and recommendations for decision making. • Interfacing with directors, functional managers, the commercial area, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
