ABOUT DENISE MIDYETTE

I have over 30 years of extensive recruiting experience in operations management, sales, marketing, project/process management in select industries. I consistently exhibit superior skills in sourcing, interviewing, account development and closing techniques, as well as, training and development. I relate to high level company and government personnel, including Fortune 500 presidents, senate leaders, governors and foreign diplomats. Experienced within different industries including, but not limited to: Retail, Telecommunications, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Hospitality, Bio-Sciences, Energy, Sales and Consultants. I assimilate quickly into company cultures and processes and bring both current search techniques and traditional search experience to my clients. My metrics are in the top 5% and I consistently meet or exceed expectations. I work well either on or off-site, on the \"shop\" floor on in the board room. I enjoy managing, training and directing other members of a team but I am equally effective as a single project member. I can work off site and travel extensively. Since 1989, I am a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and understand and follow Best Practices in Employment, with a thorough comprehension of employment laws. I can provide an extensive mature knowledge base in recruiting and enjoy building processes and teams while showing, by example, tried and true recruiting techniques.
