I work to make the world a little better place and choose to work for sustainable, ethically responsible organisations. To help organisations to succeed, I bring innovative and kind people management approach, designing better customer experiences, and leveraging my skills to product improvement. While in people profession, I believe in the power of: 1) Healthy win-win employments: when organisations are caring about people, helping employees to access their potential, it leads to higher employee engagement and high-performance teams; 2) Positive organisational culture: when people feel belonging, love their team and life; 3) Diversity and inclusion: when the leaders are openminded and doing their best to attract diverse talents who would drive progress and innovation, while feeling safe to be their authentic selves. Outside of HR profession, I am teaching dancing and choreographing for various projects. I am also interested in research on happiness, neuroscience and life longevity. I like handcrafting and design; enjoy various outdoor activities, especially running and mountain biking. My husband and I run an E-bike shop in Albany. We would like to see more people on bikes, our roads freer and our planet greener!
