I am part of Esri\'s core leadership team as the head of Esri\'s Professional Services division. My team is responsible for helping Esri users be successful in applying Esri\'s technology to their business/mission problems. In addition we strive to evolve and highlight new patterns of GIS, creating lighthouse examples of GIS across many industries and showcasing the latest generation of technology. As a long-term partner and guide, our philosophy is to help our users, partners, and distributors be successful and self-sufficient. We manage three primary lines of business: GIS projects, consulting (technical & business), and a portfolio of Esri\'s software products. I am responsible for business strategy and execution, including the capture and delivery of our services engagements as well as management of the ~900 staff and across our different lines of business and offices.
