In my role as an Advantage Program Strategic Advisor based in Louisville, CO since 2021, I\'ve been dedicated to thought leadership as the primary liaison for over 10 Esri customer accounts. I strategically maximize their investment in the Esri Advantage Program by defining and implementing innovative, global geospatial business solutions. My strength lies in strategic alignment, where I translate customer requirements and business goals into comprehensive geospatial strategy roadmaps for both near and long-term timeframes. I actively engage with executive-level leadership by coordinating and leading in-person strategic planning meetings, ensuring alignment with market demand, company strategic direction, and client needs. Building and maintaining relationships is a cornerstone of my approach, creating a healthy ecosystem across departments, technologies, and business processes, maintaining trust throughout advisor-client interactions. As a Project Technical Lead and Senior Technical Consultant, I oversee project management, ensure successful project execution with a focus on Utility Network integration with ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing, and deliver expertise in data transformation and tailored ArcGIS solutions. Beyond this, I am recognized as an Esri Professional Services Subject Matter Expert, specializing in ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing and Optimized Pipeline Routing. I had the honor of presenting at the 2023 Esri Energy Resources GIS Conference on data migration using Esri’s Data Loading Tools.
