Leading the initiation, implementation, and completion of numerous strategic initiatives for a technical organization while providing updates and communication to senior leaders and cross-departmental stakeholders as projects are driven toward completion. • Drive the creation of new department products and services through agile project management with a global and cross-functional team. • Support developers through scrum ceremonies, removal or mitigation of impediments, and SDLC framework to complete and deliver tasks. • Assist and coordinate testing of releases during project iterations. • Support of department products responsible for delivering online learning experiences for user community. • Conduct needs and adoption assessment s to generate gap analysis and consequently provide a process overhaul and full system management implementation for a high visibility Business Intelligence team. • Identify and manage relationships with vendors to provide domestic and international training site locations for private client events. • Lead a company-wide expansion and update of the existing dictionary resource for industry-related and proprietary terms.
