Manage the end to end recruitment process including consulting with HR and business partners to identify staffing needs, design and implement attraction strategies, ensuring clear job skill specifications, internal and external sourcing, candidate screening, offer consultation and completion, and facilitation of background checks, relocation/immigration, and hiring processes. Drive the global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools that enable DXC.Technology to align staffing with the workforce plans. Ensure compliance with programs, such as workforce redeployment and reduction, university hiring and contingent workforce management. Supports staffing and disengagement activity resulting from mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing and divestitures. Ensures local staffing practices are compliant with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements, and meet business priorities such as diversity objectives. Develop and manage relationships with staffing vendors and Global Business Services (GBS) organizations. Specialist: Apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommend appropriate alternatives. Work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercise independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
