I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Commerce, from the Mumbai University. With a career spanning over 30 years in various industrial fields, experience in international trade, especially Europe and USA, I was responsible for the Balwa Group’s joint ventures with European companies such as Burgmann, Krombach, Sealmatic, Panetteria etc. I currently hold the position of Director of Global Operations for the Balwa Group which includes the engineering company Sealmatic, food processing division Panetteria and the hospitality division of the group’s numerous projects. Sealmatic, the engineering division, supplies mechanical seals to over 43 countries, and is certified with the following: API Q1, ATEX, PED-CE, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO and ISO The most recent venture of the Balwa is the 205 rooms hotel at the Mumbai T2 International Airport with a franchise from Fairfield Marriott.
