Prepared GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and hook-up drawings for piping systems and equipment packages used in onshore and offshore oil & gas projects. Developed U-Stamp drawings for spiral finned and straight fin heat exchangers (coolers) in compliance with ASME code requirements. Created and reviewed weld maps and radiography (RT) maps to support piping fabrication, inspection, and quality assurance. Selected piping components in accordance with ASME B16.5, ASME B16.9, ASME B16.34, ASME B31.3, and applicable API standards. Gained hands-on exposure to API Seal Plans 11, 23, 52, 53B, 62, 66A, and 66B for rotating equipment in oil & gas services. Prepared Bills of Materials (BOMs) and complete technical documentation for procurement, fabrication, and EPC coordination. Performed 2D drafting and 3D modelling using AutoCAD and SolidWorks for piping layouts, equipment, and assemblies. Executed ERP operations using Oracle NetSuite, including material tracking, documentation control, and order management. Coordinated with fabrication, inspection, QA/QC, and EPC teams to ensure schedule adherence and compliance with project requirements.
