Responsible for the daily operations and administration of the Miami office which consists of over 350 attorneys and business staff. Work closely with the office Managing Shareholders and practice group department heads, and the firms COO and CFO to provide strong leadership of the operations of the office. Collaboratively manage the accounting, finance and revenue management functions, human resources, attorney recruiting, office budgeting, marketing, technology support, records management, space expansion and renovation efforts and facilities management.
