WORK HISTORY
Vice President, the Community Alliance for Child Rights @UNICEF USA
New York, NY, US
At UNICEF USA, I have advanced the mission to improve child well-being by channeling youth leadership and forging strong partnerships that drive evidence-based policy at every level of government.I led a strategic reorganization of the Community Alliance, aligning youth engagement and municipal partnerships while creating new functions in Research, Evaluation & Research Partnerships and Local Advocacy & Engagement. This positioned the organization to deliver greater impact, including:Expanding UNICEF USA’s youth club network nationwide with a competency-based framework for advocacy, awareness, and service.Launching a scalable model for child-centered governance and municipal partnerships.Establishing the first research agenda to connect global best practices with local application.Co-creating a youth-informed advocacy strategy that amplifies young people’s influence in policy.Through these initiatives, I have ensured UNICEF USA is research-driven, youth-led, and equipped to create lasting change for children nationwide.
