Responsible for developing, launching, and evaluating and scaling the strategic vision and operational plan of UNICEF\'s Child Friendly Cities Initiative in the United States, serving as an anchor for UNICEF USA\'s domestic programs, including migration, volunteer engagement and social justice and equity initiatives. Forged multi-year partnerships with six city governments and one county to pilot the initiative, including Houston, Minneapolis, San Francisco, Johnson City, TN, Decatur, GA, Boulder, CO and Prince George\'s County, MD. Provides strategic input into the development of UNICEF USA\'s domestic strategy to drive measurable results for children in the U.S, particularly those furthest from opportunity. Former Vice Chair of UUSA\'s Diversity, Racial Belonging, Equity and Diversity Committee June 2020 - June 2021. Served as a direct report to CEO.
