Strategic HR leader supporting 4 distinct engineering organizations inclusive of 11k global employees. Leading an HR team of 11 direct reports, 35 globally matrixed and a cross functional account team. Partnering with the Exec Leadership and HR centers of excellence to deliver high impact solutions that propel teams to perform at their best and equip them to deliver high quality solutions. Key accomplishments include- Activating strategic annual HR plan aligned to business strategies and organizational indicators (hiring, retention, development, engagement etc.)- Design and facilitate high impact talent management, diversity and inclusion initiatives- Adviser on hiring and promotion of new Vice President and Technical Fellows- Facilitate annual executive compensation and overall annual rewards process across 1k managers- Oversee employee relations management.
