Provide Project Management Office (PMO) leadership and consultation to the Enterprise organization which includes all functional areas. Partner with all areas of the business to plan and execute complex projects that encompass changes to products, services, processes and people while minimizing the impact to internal and external customers. Directly manage a team of four project managers. • Researched, designed and implemented a post project survey for the OPS PMO which solicits feedback from customers and resulted in improved processes for project intake and impacted functional areas. To date, the survey has a 15% response rate. • Initiated new PMP Certification guidelines to provide expectations and guidance on obtaining a company paid certification. The guidelines have been used by departments outside of the OPS PMO and helped contribute to increased PMP certification rates within the OPS PMO.• Created material and led rollout of significant Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) training and onboarding which is used for continuous training as well as introducing new teams to the tool. Using the documentation, on boarded the Commercial team and Customer Care support to PPM.• Trained individual and group project managers on functionality of PPM application software.• Led large cross-functional project teams consisting of up to 100 people to drive individual and group performances within Technical Operations and contribute to improved company measured metrics. Example of the projects include the Win Together Technical Operations Compensation Plan and Tech Ops Sales Incentive. • Monitored and managed project processes, scope, documents, resources, change, risks and stakeholders to effectively execute projects.• Communicated project status updates to senior and Executive level sponsors.• Co-chaired the volunteer committee for the Women in Cable Telecommunications Greater Texas Chapter’s annual Lone Star Awards for three years.
