Strategic technology leader with 20+ years of experience in system programming, storage technologies, and enterprise software development across Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X. As Program Director for IBM FlashSystem Development, I lead a global team of 100+ engineers, driving product strategy, functional innovation, and delivery across block storage protocols (FC/iSCSI/iSER), virtualization, security, and data resilience. Under my leadership, FlashSystem has delivered major advancements in performance, reliability, and ransomware protection, resulting in tangible customer outcomes such as significant storage savings, improved application performance, ease of use and enhanced data recovery capabilities. I have championed architectural innovation and cross-platform enablement, including the successful porting of Open Pegasus CIMOM to Mac OS X, establishing SPSOFT as an official maintainer alongside IBM and Dell (EMC).
