ABOUT RINKESH BANSAL

Rinkesh is a Master Inventor serving as Program Director and Leader of the Security Dev Lab at IBM in Ahmedabad. He is awarded with a PhD(hon) in Project Management and holds a post-graduate degree in computer applications and has more two decades of extensive experience in team management and product development. He played a pivotal role in establishing a new Security Development division in Ahmedabad, which now comprises approximately 150+ skilled security professionals. Rinkesh is deeply committed to mentoring others, known for his innovative spirit with 14 patents to his name. He is also a dynamic speaker, regularly engaging at international conferences, colleges, and schools. He has experience in 1. Building Teams: Rinkesh has experience in building teams from scratch at new locations. He has built a strong and successful team of 200+ Security engineers in IBM Ahmedabad and multiple small teams in Pune. 2. People Management: Rinkesh has expertise in managing people. He enjoys collaborating with people, hiring, mentoring people, growing people in career, enabling teams to take decisions with confidence, commit and deliver on time. 3. OEMs: In the fast-moving world, we cannot build all capabilities in house. Have good exposure on finding the right partner to acquire capability through acquisition, white labeling, or joint GTM. 8. Mentor: He has been mentoring more than ten product managers, release managers and inventors. 9. Speaker: He is an enthusiastic speaker at various international conferences, colleges, and schools. 10. Inventor: He is an enthusiastic inventor with thirteen patents on his name.
