I am an Information/Cyber Security Professional with over twenty years experience solving problems, managing personnel and improving processes in a wide variety of military, defense and research organizations. My significant experience in the IT and cyber security fields as a practitioner, manager and policy advisor make me well equipped to enhance the effectiveness of any organization’s IT and cyber security business lines. My extensive experience living and working abroad brings unique insights that will contribute to an organization’s international activities. 1. Information Assurance Engineer

   Nato Aew&c Programme Management Agency

   Jun 2020 — Present · Brunssum, NL

   Led the Information Assurance functional area for multinational $1.1B aircraft modernization program.• Took over Information Assurance domain of program that had poorly defined requirements and was non-compliant with NATO standards at Critical Design Review stage. Transformed this critical functional area that was the greatest risk to the program through analysis of complex design issues and leverage of organic and external engineering expertise to find innovative and creative solutions.• Engaged with a variety of stakeholders including primary/sub-contractors, technical support providers and the security accreditation authority. Collaborated with these stakeholders through engineering analysis, technical assessments, presentations and working groups to deliver a secure and robust capability to operational customer.• Set clear objectives and expectations with both the program team and the contractor team by defining clear criteria for achieving security accreditation. Program poised to achieve a successful security accreditation of the modernized NATO E-3A weapons system which would be the first of its kind in NATO.
