Analyses and prioritizes the NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT) business processes required to ensure performance of the ACT Core Outputs. • Synthesizes large data sets to identify the critical resources needed to carry out BC objectives and determine internal and external dependencies that may threaten access to resources. • Determines the Maximum Tolerable Period of Disruption (MTPD) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) for Mission Essential Functions (MEF) and Essential Supporting Activities (ESA). • Develops and conducts risk assessments to identify unacceptable levels of risk, single points of failure, and other threats to organizational objectives. • Prepares and delivers briefings to high-level U.S. and international stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure beneficial outcomes to all equities.
