About Sarah H.
I am an accomplished leadership consultant and credentialed executive coach, advising business professionals in career advancement and leadership strategies. I partner with my clients to accelerate personal and professional performance and expand leadership capacity. My clients include executives at banks, software firms, marketing agencies, consulting firms, and entrepreneurial ventures. I also provide career guidance to executive M.B.A. students at several top business school programs, including Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, my alma mater.Previously, I served as Senior Vice President, Leadership Development at Bank of America, delivering executive coaching and on-boarding, talent and performance management, and organizational design services for the Global Marketing organization. I have also held senior strategy, marketing and product management positions across a range of industries and organizations, including Bank of America, Red Ventures, Nuance Communications, Vignette, Excite@Home, Kaiser Permanente and Accenture.I earned my B.A. degree from Princeton University and my M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
