Past experiences: Computer Engineer with substantial depth and breadth of experiences totally 33 years in Information Operations, Information Assurance, Security Engineering, Cyber Warfare, Cognitive System Engineering, Software Engineering, and Program Management. Mr. Hale predominantly utilizes an interdisciplinary approach that brings the human side to technology by combining Cognitive Science, Behavioral Science, System Engineering, and Security Engineering. Mr. Hale has used this approach successfully in system security management, security architecture, vulnerability and penetration testing, social engineering, information assurance, software engineering, and both service orientated architecture (SOA), and network security with metrics. Mr. Hale has provided support on current and future systems with engineering and analysis of numerous tasks for MDA, GMD, US Army SMDC, USMC, US Navy, Homeland Security, State of Alabama, National Guard Bureau, and other customers.Future experiences: Continue to work developing in the area of Cognitive Science, Research, Innovation, Future Trends, Security Engineering, Data Science, Metrics, and Statistics, Test and Evaluation, Situational Awareness, Rapid Prototyping, Cognitive System Engineering, Engineering Psychology.
