ABOUT GARY LAMBERT
As a Senior Contracting Professional and Liaison at PEO IEW & S, I apply my 16+ years of experience and certifications in government and commercial contracts, regulations, and compliance to support the development and coordination of contractual actions for PM ASE Advanced Technologies. I serve as the primary contractual interface and liaison for my assigned programs and advise on acquisition planning activities, while ensuring alignment with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and customer specifications. My experience also includes the management of Non-FAR Based Agreements such as Other Transaction Agreements 10 U.S.C 4021 and 10 U.S.C. 4022 and Middle Tier Acquisition Agreements. Previously, I was a Senior Manager, Contracts at GE Aerospace, where I managed a contract portfolio totaling $3.5B and served as the primary liaison between CONUS and OCONUS government agencies and commercial clients. I was responsible for overseeing the entire contracting lifecycle, from receipt of RFI, RFQ, and RFP through contract close-out, and negotiating and administering complex contracts and subcontracts in accordance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards. I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, partners, and stakeholders, and I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and contribute to the success of PEO IEW & S and its mission.
