The ERP Program Director works with the Transformation Program Director and the project, process, and functional team leads to (i) optimize business transformation and project delivery methodology,(ii) monitor and direct project team performance and to ensure realization of the business outcomes envisioned by the Results Management Office and Business Process Management Team. Direct and manage multi-national portfolio and project management resources responsible for maintaining project standards and delivering the implementation projects. Partner with leaders responsible for software development, organizational change management and technology compliance (GxP, SOX, Data Protection, Security). Consult with senior management, within and across functional units and geographies, to ensure program alignment with organizational goals. Manage $20M+ annual capital budget. Responsible for delivery of $100M+ software asset.
