As Manager of CyberRes/NetIQ/IAM Education, it’s my responsibility to manage a team of content developers as we develop and deliver world class training content for the CyberRes NetIQ/IAM product portfolio, which consists of 17 products. In order to satisfy a need to deliver training at scale, I brought a training methodology to the organization known as the Academy to OpenText/Microfocus, allowing education to deliver training at scale. Delivering training to over students concurrently per session. This methodology consists of Digital Learning content, community webpages responding to student questions by instructors and subject matter experts, weekly webinars for review and HandsOn cloud based labs.I am responsible for providing monthly reporting to the Product Leadership Team by providing KPIs that measure the courses in production and completed against for the portfolio. Measuring customers satisfaction for the quality of our training, our instructors and the lab environments we provide.I am also a contributing member of the Champions Program.At the present time, I\'m personally responsible for content development of two of the flagship products within the IAM portfolio. Training content consists of both traditional Instructor Lead Training but also Digital Learning. The latter of those deliverables consists of modernization, including Video based content, audio, as well as legacy text. My role is also responsible for the design of the complete learning paths for all your products, complete with developing certification exams and certifications.
