What I Do • Manage a requisition load of around 35 open positions per month, focusing on senior and managerial roles (up to SB10 level) across Latin America. • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from search kickoff to offer acceptance, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and stakeholders. • Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and global teams to understand business needs, market trends, and talent gaps, adapting strategies to each context and region. • Manage recruitment processes in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, engaging with professionals across multiple cultures and countries.How I Do It • Leverage ATS platforms (Eightfold and Talent Hub) to manage candidate pipelines, ensure data accuracy, and streamline communication with hiring teams. • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights to identify, attract, and engage top talent, while sharing market data and competitive intelligence with hiring managers and stakeholders. • Support the LATAM recruiting team with boolean search tips and data interpretation, transforming insights from Talent Insights into visually compelling presentations for leadership. • Drive a data-driven approach to recruitment, using analytics to shape strategies, guide negotiations, and improve decision-making accuracy. • Use Power BI and other analytics tools to track KPIs and develop dashboards that monitor team performance and enhance process efficiency.Beyond Recruitment • Serve as a core member of iConnect, Eaton’s racial equity group, collaborating with directors and peers to advance Black talent initiatives. • Lead the Talk2Grow global project, fostering language confidence and cultural connection through collaborative learning sessions. • Act as a facilitator in internal HR sessions, promoting engagement, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the community. • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, combining creativity, strategic thinking, and a human-centered approach
