One of my favourite quote is \"Life isn\'t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself\". l started my experience as Technical director of travel agency and TO (outgoing and incoming services) in 2007. As my first \"Real Job\", it helped me to express my creativity, explore and travel around the world, understand the importance of discipline, hard work and problem-solving attitude. The most important thing, l\'ve learnt to listen at clients\' needs and l\'ve developed empathy and communication skills. From 2016 l\'m the Co-founder of Overbooking App, dedicated to b&b and guesthouses. l joined Hotelbeds Group in 2018 as Yield Manager and after one year l had the chance to experience the role of team manager as Area Yield Manager for Central Italy.
