   As an experienced insurance professional, I have successfully onboarded the MG OEM into Renewbuy from Aditya Birla Insurance Broker. My role involved managing multiple responsibilities throughout the onboarding process, including bringing PAN India Dealerships of MG into our platform, serving as the SPOC from Renewbuy for all insurance partners associated with the MG program, and coordinating with IT vendors and insurers for API integration for policy issuance, endorsement, and cancellation.In addition, I worked closely with IT partners to recommend necessary changes in the UI/UX of the motor policy portal, closed legal agreements between the insurer, IT partner, payment gateway partner, and Renewbuy during the onboarding process, and managed policy issuance (i.e, OD discounting and add-on rates).To ensure business continuity, I managed all operational queries related to MG motor policy, developed a dashboard for MIS reporting, and closed SLAs and NDAs.Currently, I am handling the POSP motor journey, coordinating with 24 general insurers and IT partners on various parameters, such as online integration, handling IT queries, and operational queries. I also publish market reports and present them to RB management to provide business transparency and help with decision-making for future business projections.Overall, my experience in the insurance industry has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in various roles, and I am passionate about leveraging my expertise to drive positive change in the industry.
