As a Principal Solutions Advisor in the West, I lead opportunities by working with a diverse team of Sales and Presales. I always ask “there’s got to be a better way” driving innovation for the Presales team. This driving force has enabled me to change the POC process and reduce overall time from 90 days to 30 days increasing close rates and customer satisfaction. I\'m also passionate in mentoring others from internal employees to giving back to Cal Poly students. I make sure to be counted on in tough sales cycles and always willing to go the extra mile for my team. Previously I lead Presales teams as a manager and director of Presales. As a manager I used innovative thinking and passion to reinvent customer retention that changed the way QlikTech delivered service. I\'m focused on driving coordination and teamwork among business units and partners. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from Cal Poly Pomona.
