As an ERP Executive, I am responsible for supporting, managing, and optimizing the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to ensure smooth business operations across departments such as Inventory, Finance, Sales, Purchase, Production, and HR. My role bridges the gap between end-users and technical teams, ensuring process compliance, system accuracy, and data integrity.Key Duties & Responsibilities:ERP System Administration:Maintain user access, roles, and permissions.Monitor ERP system health and coordinate with vendors for upgrades, patches, and support.User Support & Training:Provide daily operational support to users.Conduct training sessions for new users and refresher courses for existing staff.Process & Workflow Optimization:Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements.Configure workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.Master Data Management:Maintain item master, customer/vendor master, BOMs, routing, and other key data.Ensure data consistency and integrity across all modules.Reporting & Documentation:Generate custom reports using ERP reporting tools or SQL queries.Maintain documentation for SOPs, change logs, and user manuals.ERP Implementation & Migration:Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ERP vendors for new module implementation or upgrades.Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live activities.Compliance & Audit Support:Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.Support statutory audits and reporting by extracting required data from ERP.
