Lead the SREF office and navigating development of a new funding model and work focus, implementation of an advisory board model, and other organizational changes from 9 to 3 full-time employees. Supervise two Internet Technology Developers, manage budgets and develop IT projects and funding proposals. • Wrote and produced more than 50 bi-weekly newsletters, organized more than 16 workshops, webinar series, meetings, etc. • Managed more than 15 different grants, from competitive and non-competitive sources for the SREF office and assisted in development of dozens of other proposals for other partners. • Led a team of more than 20 individuals to develop and deliver a national online course for early career forestry & natural resource Extension professionals. Co-developed an annual webinar series that has reached an average of 800 participants per year. • Building a community of practice to create opportunities for learning, knowledge-sharing and innovation amongst forestry stakeholders and economic developers to facilitate development of more forest products markets.
