With over 20 years of experience in civil design—12 of which have been focused on Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE)—I have built a career around innovation, leadership, and technical excellence. In 2014, I founded Subsurface Utility Investigations (SUI), a professional service dedicated to researching, designating, mapping, and reporting on underground infrastructure for civil projects. Under my leadership, SUI experienced consistent year-over-year growth until my successful exit in 2023.Since joining Groundhawk in 2023, I’ve helped double the company’s top-line revenue for two consecutive years. I bring a visionary mindset to the SUE space, driven by a deep commitment to an “employees first” leadership philosophy. I firmly believe that when team members feel supported in their roles and empowered to pursue their own definitions of career success, they deliver exceptional client outcomes.
