My role as Business Manager is cross-functional and consists in Managing and Developing 3 different Areas:SALES- Market & Network Development: Creation of new Business Units engaging new customers inpartnerships and collaborations- Technical Consulting Solutions: Screening of technical needs and Drafting of engineeringconsulting solutions- Contracts Management: Redaction of commercial offers and Contracts ManagementHUMAN RESOURCES- Team Building: Creations of dynamic and cross-functional engineering teams- Recruitment: Recruitment of new resources to integrate in the existing teamsbecoming the key players of our solutions for customersMANAGEMENT- Team Management: Management of my Engineering Team of 12 engineers- Financial Management: Management of all the financial and contractual aspects relative topartnerships, business collaborations, and working contracts- Project Management: Management of the relations with customers and monitoring ofthe development of my Business Unit\'s engineering projectsIn this role I\'m growing all my Management, Technical, Commercial and interpersonal skills day by day thanks to the large operative autonomy and high level of responsibility that agap2 recognize to all staff members.
