ABOUT MARTINA TYDECKS
My profile as manager of communications is being shaped by 36 years of experience. During my career I had the pleasure to learn from the best minds of our profession and to work on many different assignments across industries and geographies - for large multi-national corporations, for medium sized companies, for NGOs. Leading teams to success while keeping an eye on the economic impact of what we do - both for clients and consultancies - is at the core of my competencies and interest. Strategy, crisis management, campaigning, executive positioning and public affairs are still exciting challenges for me - be in Europe, in India, the Gulf and other countries of the world where I had the opportunity to work. The world of communications has changed fundamentally since I started in 1984, at that time the \'Big Brother Year\'. Now, in the decade of \'Big Data\' digital communications allow much more diversity, more ideas, more creativity and it means less one-sided control over messages and channels - in a global, totally connected environment the power of ideas matters more than ever before. Creating ideas is something that thrives me and always will.
