Working within APCO Worldwide\'s research division, APCO Insight, I provide strategic communication counsel using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. As the reputation research practice head, I oversee the day-to-day aspects of all of APCO’s positioning, branding and reputation research projects. Working for a wide variety of corporations, associations, NGOs and not-for-profit organizations, my job is to help clients understand how to communicate in order to protect, strengthen and manage their corporate reputation.
