ABOUT MARLON SIMOES SIMMER

I have over 29 years of experience in the ICT / Telecom Industry in Service Delivery. I started working as a Technical Instructor and moved on to different roles and countries since then. My career started in Brazil and then I travelled and lived in Saudi Arabia from Puerto Rico (2003-04), Costa Rica (2005), Iran (2006), Malaysia (2008-10), Mexico (2010-14) and currently in the US since July-2014.My roles in Service Delivery are related to Managed Services, Consulting, Pre-Sales, Integration, Design, NPI (New Product Introduction) and Learning Services.On the past 10+ years I have occupied Leadership positions where I had to deal with people. That\'s it, deal with people, lots of people, with different backgrounds, colors, races, religions, ages and beliefs. It nurtured in me the passion I have for Coaching and Mentoring people and teams.The best part of working as a Leader are the relationships I make, I’ve had the pleasure of working with hundreds of different people and I am in contact with many of them till date. As a Leader, my biggest reward is to see my team grow and succeed.
