My career journey began at Curse, a gaming website network and software company, where I started as a Community Manager early in my career. When Curse was acquired by Twitch (the world\'s leading live streaming platform) in 2016, I was already transitioning into HR, having taken an opportunity to try something new. I learned HR on the job, guided by amazing mentors and legal partners who helped shape my career path.Today, I\'m proud to lead the People Business Partner team at Twitch which blends my love for gaming with my passion for supporting people. As a lifelong gamer and animal lover, I recently started volunteering at my local animal shelter, Irvine Animal Care Center (IACC), which has turned out to be the best decision I\'ve made recently:) It is such an honor and privilege to make a positive impact in the lives of the sweet pets who are awaiting their forever homes <3I feel incredibly fortunate that both my career and volunteer work allow me to support others as that is where I genuinely find fulfillment!
