Credit and rebill of the incorrect service request and invoices, i.e, underbilling. Billing according to the special guidelines for each customer. Keep a check on the approval matrix of the delegation of authority according to the price limit set. Doing the modification of invoices due to various reasons like PO change, tax issue, invoice notes, etc. Providing full credit for invoices in case they are covered under contract/warranty.
