Hand-picked due to process improvement knowledge to be a core member of the team assembled to create a Mendix-based, low code workflow tool to replace the existing Electronic Oder Review process for new/change orders. Process development, mapping, beta testing, & Go Live completed within a year. As one of the fixers for the company, was asked to get three failing programs back on track. was able to restore technical compliance, schedule, & cost figures back to green.
