   As the Talent Acquisition & People Experience Manager for Fiskars Group, I lead all recruitment efforts across the USA and Canada for our iconic brands, including Fiskars and Gerber. I also oversee our internal talent programs, leading initiatives that develop our people and cultivate the next generation of leaders. This includes reimagining how we attract, engage, and grow early career talent, partnering with top schools such as MIT and Harvard to build a pipeline of exceptional future leaders.I have also developed a Senior Talent Program focused on preparing our internal employees for future VP and Director roles within the organization, while creating an international exchange program to foster cross-market collaboration, knowledge sharing, and global leadership development.In this role, I focus on crafting recruitment strategies that not only strengthen our employer brand but also embed our values of sustainability, innovation, and excellence into every aspect of how we work.
