Works within a team located across the NORAM region-Leads and manages Crunchyroll Channel development focusing on content-market fit in order to meet audience growth goals-Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to grow distribution of Crunchyroll Channel into more markets and households-Establishes and owns industry relationships with development partners and other external stakeholders-Partners with Crunchyroll’s Business Analytics team to develop data strategies for Channel-Partners with Marketing and other stakeholders to develop stunts and strategies to grow viewership and engagement, delivering on our strategic objectives-Manages routing deliverables to internal and external stakeholders-Manages internal processes to ensure compliance with content owners’ guidelines, approvals processes, and other reporting requirements-Serves as the primary point of contact for Crunchyroll Channel, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and up to date-Manages budgets and identifies financial efficiencies-Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Channel meets its engagement and revenue goals-Leads the creation of persuasive presentations in order to sell through ideas and concepts to network stakeholders-Partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop content strategies, including programming road map, consulting clients on technologies, presenting marketplace trends, providing recommendations, and leading definition of future opportunities-Performs other duties as assigned and as the role and business grows
