ABOUT JUSTIN HOLDSWORTH
I\'m an experienced, pragmatic principal solution architect and consultant with more than 25 years experience in the IT industry (especially Financial Services). I have substantial design and delivery experience of service oriented architectures (REST / microservice as well as SOAP), messaging and integration, e-commerce, several flavours of ERP and the occasional GIS solution, designed and deployed on both cloud (AWS and Azure) and on-prem.Underneath all that I\'m very delivery focussed and being a technophile, I often drives business interest and engagement by the creation and execution of PoCs, covering technology the client is often unaware off. My innate interest in technology is often used to spur on ideas and technology passion in teams that I works with and is used for goal setting when mentoring / managing other architects and developers. I\'m experienced in the creation of IT strategy, roadmaps and technology delivery capabilities for both small and large scale projects and programmes (~£200M), but do view management and mentoring of architects and developers as a rather essential activity in the grand scheme of things.
