Manage 100-Day Accelerator Program- Oversee recruitment and management for Selection Process to determine the 6-10 early stage insurtech companies to be accepted into the program. The Selection Process involves training, managing and directing 100+ insurance professionals to score all applications throughout the rating process, as well as ensuring that it is a smooth and productive system for all users- Plan and implement 100-Day Program by organizing dates, workshops, events, and trainings- Provide guidance to Cohort on how to effectively utilize the 100-Day Program- Communicate with each Cohort on a daily basis to ensure Program is running effectively and meeting all needs- Gather and Implement feedback from Cohort to make each Program better than the last. Manage Mentor Pool- Recruit, train, and manage all Program Mentors. This pool includes 120+ Professionals from 65+ companies that are in, or around, insurance- Plan and Implement a Mentor Matching process where each mentor will meet with each of the startups in the cohort. This results in over 400 meetings within a three week span- Match founders with mentors based on mutual selection. This process creates a diverse, personalized Mentor Team for each founder to assist with their established goals throughout the rest of the Program- Communicate weekly with all mentors to ensure they are aware of all events and objectives throughout the program- Provide guidance to both founder and mentor on how to best utilize the relationship- Gather and implement feedback from mentors to ensure each Program is better than the last.Represent the Global Insurance Accelerator- Present the GIA at conferences and events. This includes judging, speaking, and networking events- Network with potential startups, mentors, and investors on the benefits of the GIA- Collaborate with the GIA team and key stakeholders to plan and implement events throughout the year.
