At the GIA, I am responsible for the overall strategy and operations of the organization - emphasizing the growth, development, and success of the programs, as well as ongoing support of all of the accelerator’s portfolio companies. Strategic Leadership- Spearhead the strategic vision and direction for the Global Insurance Accelerator, positioning it as a leading force in the insurtech industry- Lead the development and execution of initiatives to drive innovation and collaboration within the global insurance ecosystem.Program Management- Oversee the successful implementation and management of accelerator programs, fostering the growth of startups and facilitating meaningful partnerships between entrepreneurs and industry leaders.Industry Collaboration- Cultivate strong relationships with key players in the insurance sector, including leading insurers, investors, and industry experts.Ecosystem Development- Actively contribute to the development of the insurtech ecosystem by organizing events, workshops, and conferences that bring together thought leaders and innovators.Investor Relations- Successfully attract and engage investors and sponsors, securing funding and financial stability for the accelerator program and its portfolio companies.Results and Impact- Achieve measurable success in terms of startup growth, investment raised, and industry disruption, contributing to the overall advancement of insurtech globally.
