After almost 15 years in the hospitality cleaning industry, I’ve decided to venture on my own and create my own brand based on my values. I have a strong passion to serve people and help resolve their everyday and long-time challenges. I strive to help team members be better than they were yesterday and become experts thru sharing knowledge, educating and hands-on training/demonstrating. I recently found, thru a service provider of mine, a company that could fix metal surfaces. The metal repair is a tough trade to find making price/quality shopping next to impossible. I organized a walk with the referred provider and client to show the things they needed solutions for; elevator doors, restroom partitions and natural stone fountains borders for examples. The client was very happy to have the new resource and relieved to have another option.they only had one. I had a team member who was struggling to get hotline hood filters in and out that are in difficult spots like above ovens. Those of you in the restaurant industry know what I’m talking about. Plus these were unusual filters; not your typical louvered type. Royal pain. I was determined to fix this. I ordered a filter removal tool that didn’t work at all. I went to the property with him, layed out a filter and the tool on dining table, and we tinkered thru trial and error. Then bam! We got it to work perfect! I get asked all of the time why I’m still in the business. FIRST AND FOREMOST, the people.they brighten my day. I work with so many personalities and characters that are always teaching me new things. Then there’s the 2 brief shares that are professional examples. People and small wins thru solutions are what drive me each and every day. I can’t wait to help someone and see or feel their relief. Plus there’s always something new everyday, and the cleaning industry is constantly evolving to bigger and better things! Never a dull moment. What more can you ask for?
